We offer FREE domestic shipping on all orders over $200.  For all orders in New Zealand & Australia a flat rate of $10 up to $200.

We dispatch all orders with a tracked service. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email from a third-party provider once your order has been dispatched from us. Please check your Junk/Spam folders in case it may have ended up in there. If have still not received your tracking number, please contact us here hello@ledendesign.com

We offer international shipping for unframed prints via FedEx. Leden is not responsible for any custom fees or duties incurred during shipping. Please note shipping times may vary to guidance depending on customs delays.

We are currently working on other fulfilment for international framing and will notify once this is available.

We always try to ship our orders together, however due to size restrictions with couriers, we may send your order in two separate parcels. These will usually arrive together, if on the off chance they don't, please wait 1-2 days for the other parcel before reaching out.

All our prints are carefully put in mailing tubes, with tissue paper, and framed prints are bubble wrapped and put in custom boxes to protect your artwork during transit. We do our best to get these to you in perfect condition, if on the off chance there is any damage, we will get a replacement out as soon as possible.

We want to your to be 100% happy with your purchase, and if you feel that this isn't quite right for your space, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase.

Unframed fine art can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Framed fine art & Canvas can be returned for an exchange, or store credit.
Paper goods can be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Our team is here to assist you, we offer advice, and we can also provide an at scale render of the artwork on your wall (with a photo provided). Along with these we have our print guide that gives some tips for different wall setups and can be found here

Our high performance glass offers crisp clarity, and protection for your artwork, and our shatter-proof acrylic provides great durability for our larger sizes A0 and above.

Our bespoke framing service is professionally made from sustainable sourced wood, at our two workshops in Auckland, New Zealand and Melbourne, Australia.

Our standard glass does have a reflection. While we always recommend you don't hang your artwork in direct sunlight, if you do require non-reflective glass, this can be organised.

All our mouldings are made from sustainable sourced wood and come in the following sizes:

A0, 80x80 (larger sizes): 30Wx20D

While we offer 3 contemporary colours, we do have other custom mouldings and this can be organised by reaching us on hello@ledendesign.com

We use 100% cotton rag paper which ensures the vibrancy and amazing durability that will keep your artwork beautiful for years to come.

While we don't offer this as a standard option on most products, this can be added to most artworks, and we are more than happy to provide details and a quote to add this to your framed artwork. Please emailhello@ledendesign.com
